4-VA is a collaborative partnership between UVA, VT, GMU, ODU, JMU, VMI, W&M, Radford, and CNU. The mission of 4-VA is to promote collaborations that leverage the strengths of each partner institution to improve higher education across the Commonwealth of Virginia. The four overarching initiatives of 4-VA are collaborative research, course redesign, expanded learning opportunities, and emerging tools for education.

Collaborative Research Grants - Request for Proposals

With access to funding via a Collaborative Research Grant, teams can build evidence to show that their projects will make valuable, impactful contributions to their fields, thereby increasing their chances of winning larger external grants.
